Oxendine; her mother Marilyn Locklear of Lumberton, NC; her siblings, Bobby Jr. "Hoss" of Pembroke, NC, James "Rusty" of Pembroke, NC, Robert Locklear of Pembroke, NC, Joseph Locklear of Chicago, Ill., Crystal "Tina" Locklear, Cerda Lagunes of Pembroke, NC and Katie Locklear of Fayetteville, NC; her close friend Teresa Jones of Lumberton, NC; and her cousin Marianne Jacobs of Tucson, AZ.. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews, and a host of other relatives and loved ones; many special friends.
