He is survived by: his wife Amy; his children, Erica Merithew (Bob) and Mark Rayburn (Michelle); his grandchildren, Maddie, Christine, Steven, Bailey, Sarah and Lizzy; and his siblings, Kathleen Polera (Thomas), Elizabeth Regulbuto (Gregory), Michael (Theresa), Jean Getsy (Mark) and Martin. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
