He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Carl Bliss and Jean Bliss; his wife Mary "Dottie" Fogerty Bliss of Bradenton, Florida; his children, Stacy Bliss of Bradenton, Jill Lyman of Canastota and Casey Bliss of Arkansas; his stepchildren, Carolyn Fogerty of New York and Christian Fogerty of St. Louis, Missouri; and his siblings, Suzzanne Fazzolari of Chittenango, Karlene Dailey of Lakeport, Carl Bliss of East Syracuse, Edward Bliss and George Bliss. He was also cherished by 7 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
