He is survived by: his wife Charlene Esslinger; his sons, Scott Mawson (Peggy) of Pompey, Dan Mawson (Tonya) of Fabius and Darryl Mawson (Tamara Conley) of Camden; his stepsons, Paul Esslinger (Heather) of Wake Forest, NC and Todd Esslinger (Karen) of Longmont, CO; his brother James Mawson (Robin) of Delphi Falls; his grandchildren, Kyle Mawson (Kera) of Manlius, Kory Mawson of Fabius, Elijah Esslinger of Wake Forest, NC, Alina Esslinger of Wake Forest, NC and Alicia Costello (Paul); and his great grandchildren, Peyton of Pompey and Parker Costello of Pompey.
