He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Murfitt and Grace Murfitt; his wife Saundra; and his sister Joanne Verzino. He is survived by: his sons, Scott (Karen) and Stephen Murfitt (Laura); his grandchildren, Charles and Crystal; and his brother Wayne Murfitt (Joyce). He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
