He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Garrison and Nellie Garrison; and his siblings, Edward, James Garrison, Mary Whedon and Patricia Schottke.
He is survived by: his wife Dorothy; his daughter Kathy Verrett (Dave); and his grandson David Verrett. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
