He is survived by: his wife Theresa; his sons, Mark (Mary) and John Salbert; his daughter-in-law Janet; his grandchildren, Casey, Brent, Will, Eric, Ives, Jay, Daniel, John Jr., Kaitlyn and Alex; and his great grandchildren, Amelia, Caiden and Chase.
