Richard Bertrand Obituary
We are sad to announce that on December 4, 2020, at the age of 81, Richard Bertrand of East Syracuse, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his wife Therese (Terry); his children, Richard (Karen), Julia Bertrand, Catherine Bertrand, Tracy Irvine and Joel (Yanina); and his siblings, Sherm (Sheila), Corinne Kurgan (late Stanley), Justine Ferrel (John) and Patricia Baum (Warren). He is also survived by nine grandchildren and two great-grandchildren;and many loved nieces and nephews.
