He was predeceased by: his wife Barbara Auchampau (Fritcher); and his sisters, Shirley Ernestine and Susan Auchampau. He is survived by: his sons, Richard (Dawn) and Kevin Auchampau; and his siblings, Linda DeShane, Wendy Harvey (Howard) and Butch Auchampau (Judy). He is also survived by 5 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren; and nieces and nephews.
