She was predeceased by: her parents, Kathryn Cummings and D. Russell Hurlbutt; her husband Kenneth Mitchell; and her brothers, Duane, Jack and Mark Hurlbutt.
She is survived by: her children, Z. Kay Wood, Jacqueline Weibly, Ann Miller (Bob) and Nick Mitchell; her grandchildren, RJ Weibly (Kathleen), Jeffrey Weibly, Laurie Bender (Ken), Cheryl LeClair (Len), Christine Echols (Mike), Joseph Wood, Tim Snyder (Michelle), Matt Widing and Jody Mitchell; her great grandchildren, Sylvan Bender, Michael Gregory, Brianna Snyder, Jaden Snyder, Jessica Weibly and Alexander Weibly; her brother Gary Hurlbutt (Helen); her sisters-in-law, Betty Ellis and Linda Morse; and her nephew Jack (Carol Hurlbutt).
