He is survived by: his wife Mary Kyser Usiatynski; his children, Raymond, Heather House (Daniel) and Christina Usiatynski; his grandchildren, McKenna, David, Alyssa, Aurora, Katelynn House and Darren DeCarr; his siblings, Linda Paoff (John), Caroline Usiatynski, Frank Usiatynski (Hilary) and Casmir Usiatynski (Kathleen); and his siblings-in-law, Paul Kyser, James Kyser (Gloria), LeRoy Kyser (Tess), Betty Royer, Joan Holladay, Pauline Monica and Peggy Kyser. He is also survived by His many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
