He was predeceased by: his parents, Rocco Conte and Marietta Conte; and his siblings, Sara, Santo and Joe Conte.
He is survived by: his wife Michele Conte (Burgwin); his daughter Natalie Conte; his siblings-in-law, Sandy Laun and Peter Laun; and also Syracuse.
