Patricia Wolfe Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patricia Wolfe of East Syracuse, New York, who passed away on September 13, 2021, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Robert Wolfe, Sr.; and her sons, Richard Graves and Gregory Graves. She is survived by: her children, Roxanne Elefante (Nick), Tammy Ballard (Tom), Stephen Graves and John Graves (Kristi); her grandchildren, Brittany Griffin (Ryan), Todd Ballard, Kayla Cooper (Hunter), Kaleigh Graves and Michael Graves; her great grandchild Ryleigh Griffin; and her sister Barbara Brunell. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
