She was predeceased by: her parents, John L. and Viola E. Weaver (Fancher). She is survived by: her children, Penny Carr (Eric) of Nelson, NY, Bonnie Carter (Ron) of Tennessee and Daniel White of East Syracuse. She is also survived by several grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
