She is survived by: her husband Edwin "Ed" Cook, Jr.; her children, Joshua (Kate), Victoria (Shohei) and Zachary; and her brothers, Sam (Brenda), John (Rich), Robert (Jennifer) and Joseph. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and in-laws.
