Margaret A. Abend Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Margaret A. Abend of East Syracuse, New York, born in Minoa, New York, who passed away on December 13, 2022 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Rank and Margaret Rank; her husband Richard "Jake" Abend; and her siblings, Sonny, Bob, Jim Rank and Marylou Baker.
She is survived by: her children, Paul "Rick" Abend (Sherry), Karen "Katy" Epolito, Mark Abend (Bonnie), Debbie Preston, Lisa Duncan and Melissa Farrar; and her siblings, Cathy Rego (Frank) and David Rank (Shirley). She is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society or of Hospice of CNY.
