He was predeceased by: his son Robert Holes. He is survived by: his wife Anne Messina; his sister Jenny Emmi; and his children, Vincent DeBaise (Penny), John J. Messina (Lori), Thomas Messina, Deborah Davis, Marie Nichols (Steve) and Annette Messina (Kevin Breen). He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 34 great grandchildren; six great great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
