He was predeceased by: his parents, John Culkin and Evelyn Culkin; and his brothers, George and James. He is survived by: his siblings, Elizabeth Jones (Gary) of East Syracuse and Jerry Culkin (Carol) of Overland Park, KS. He is also survived by four nieces and 3 nephews.
