She was predeceased by: her husband Thomas Czajak, Sr.; and her sister Arlene Hill. She is survived by: her children, Thomas Jr. (Wendy), Michael and Christine Lepkowski; her grandchildren, Colleen Heggelke (Steven), Marissa, Nicolette Czajak and Paul Lepkowski; her great grandchildren, Garrett and Grace Heggelke; and her sisters, Susan and Wendy.
