He is survived by: his parents, Joseph M. Blake and Kathleen Blake-Collver (Kling); his stepfather Gerald Collver; his brother Keith Rathbun (Samantha); and his grandmother Edwina Kling. He is also survived by his three step-children; several aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews; and his many friends.
