We are sad to announce that on March 13, 2024, at the age of 99, Irene Rita Zuber (East Syracuse, New York), born in Fall River, Massachusetts passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Leo (Yvonne Dufresne) and Rita; and her husband Ted. She is survived by: her children, Pamela Hall (Earl) and Joseph Zuber (Linda); her grandsons, Andrew Zuber (Chelsey), Richard Zuber (Becky), David Zuber (Becca) and Michael Hall; and her great grandchildren, Elizabeth, Kaylee, Lucy, Jared, Charlotte, Matthew, Peter, Joey and May. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to St. Matthew's Food Pantry (229 W. Yates Street, East Syracuse, NY 13057) or to the Menorah Park Activities Fund (4101 East Genesee Street, Syracuse, NY 13214). Donations to the Activities Fund, which will be used to provide continued learning opportunities for staff, should include Irene Zuber in the Memo.
