He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Sullivan and Marion Sullivan (Windover); his former wife Thedy; and his siblings, Lawrence, Myron, Wendell (Tom), Loretta LaFex and Cele Fletcher.
He is survived by: his spouse Thedis Baun of East Syracuse; his children, Bonnie Gugliotto, Gary (Joy) and Deborah Jaworski; his grandchildren, Nancy LaDue, Jeff LaDue (Sandy), Kim Edwards (Jason), Michael Sullivan, Erin Dimitrov (Rob), David Jaworski, Carl, Brian Gural (Jessica), Eric Gural (Emily) and Jamie Combs (Randy); his great grandchildren, Gina, Tracie Simcoe, Matthew, Michael LaDue, Henry Jaworski, Hanna, Holly, Will Edwards, Crosley, Fletcher Combs, Dania Sullivan, Leo, Linus and Oliva Gural; his great great grandchildren, Josh, Montreal (MJ) and Brooklyn; and his brothers, John A. and Everett Sullivan. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
