He is survived by: his wife Patricia A. Edwards (Waltos); his son Army Colonel Dennis C. Edwards (Nancy); his granddaughters, Madison Kauffman (Joseph) and Kennedy Edwards; his sister Carol E. Sambora; his sister-in-law Joan Freeman (Walter); and his nieces, Mary Beth Plourde (Douglas), Anne Ginsberg (Michael), Lindsey VonBokern (Jordan) and Dr. Claire E. Freeman.
