She was predeceased by: her husband Thomas R. Woodford; her parents, Carl Holtz and Mary Holtz; and her brother Charles Holtz. She is survived by: her children, Mary Gatlin, Kathy Perkins (Tim), Tom Woodford Jr. (Brenda), Mike Woodford (Cindy) and Lisa DeGroat (Mark).
