He was predeceased by: his parents, John Shelly and Anna Shelly; his son Scott Shelly; and his niece Sheila Warren. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Shelly; his daughter Robin Summers (Eric); his grandsons, William and Daniel Summers; and his sisters, Carol Warren (Joseph) and Marlene Buzzard (Kenneth). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
