He was predeceased by: his parents, Mildred Keast and William J. Keast; his former wife Katharine Keast; and his siblings, Byron Smith, Arthur Keast, Shirley Bennett and Faye Schmitt.
He is survived by: his wife Marilee; his children, Karen Keast (Dana), Charlene Laughlin (Richard), Jackie Jarvis and William Keast (Jackie); his grandchildren, Lillian and William Keast; his sisters, Geraldine Villaume of Newtown, PA and Lillian Piercy of Honesdale, PA; and his sister-in-law Clara Keast of Waymart, PA. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
