In loving memory of Charles A. Leavitt of East Syracuse, New York, born in Manchester, New Hampshire, who departed this world on March 14, 2025 at the age of 83. He was predeceased by: his parents, C. Everett Leavitt and Marguerite Soucy; and his brother Donald. He is survived by: his wife Susan Leavitt; his daughters, LuAnn Leavitt (Ahmet Abaci), Penny Misura (Drew), Wendy Freebern (Dale) and Priscilla Leavitt Lenning (Tom); his grandchildren, Devrim, Remzi Abaci, Andrew, Jonathan, Charlie Misura, Katelyn, Ashlee Freebern, Chance and Parker Leavitt Lenning; and his siblings, Karlena Reen and David Leavitt (Caroline). He is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Tunnel to Towers Foundation or Immaculate Conception Church of Fayetteville, New York.
