Fragale of East Syracuse, New York, born in Ogdensburg, New York, who passed away on October 6, 2023, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Charles Restle and Marion Restle; her husband Philip "Phil" Fragale; her children, Jane McEachron, Susan Clancy (John), Jeffrey Fragale (Renee) and David Fragale (Elissa); her grandchildren, Connor, Alexandra (Johnny), Olivia, Jordan, Jacob, Sophie, Maxwell, Henry, Avery and Lila; her great grandchild Ava; her siblings, Janet Restle, Martha Smith (Richard) and Charles Restle (Jackie); and her sisters-in-law, Phylis Kimiak and Maryann Pederson. She was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
