He is survived by: his parents, Angel Rios and Rebecca Rios (Crozier); his brothers, Luke, Matthew, Kyle Van Velsor and Jean-Marie DeFillipe; and his grandfather Luis Alfredo Rios. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces.
