We are sad to announce that on December 31, 2024, at the age of 85, Anthony R. DeConstanzo of East Setauket, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though his name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Anthony leaves upon the hearts of his loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of his spirit and the richness of his legacy.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Janet DeCostanzo; his children, Laura Flerx, Carla Weiss and Anthony J. DeCostanzo; his grandchildren, Miranda Jean, Dylan Wade, Madeline Joyce, Ty William and Zoe McNeill; and his great grandchild Jackson Philip.
Visitation was held on Sunday, January 5th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM and on Monday, January 6th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Fives Smithtown Funeral Home (31 Landing Avenue, Smithtown, NY 11787). A burial was held on Monday, January 6th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Seaview Cemetery (233 N Country Rd, Mt Sinai, NY 11766).
