We are sad to announce that on November 9, 2024 we had to say goodbye to Daniel F. Carpinello of East Schodack, New York, born in Hampton, New York. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony Carpinello and Katherine Carpinello; his brothers, Pete and Frankie; and his grandson Jasen Shults.
He is survived by: his wife Marjorie Brown; his daughters, Joyce Carpinello, Michele Hibbs (Peter), Tracey (Schmidbauer) and Toni McIntyre (Bret); his grandchildren, Danielle (Omar), Joshua (Elizabeth), Devin and Alexander; and his sister Geraldine Baird (Larry). He is also survived by 6 great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and close friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the W. J. Lyons Jr. Funeral Home, Inc. (1700 Washington Ave, Rensselaer, NY 12144). A funeral service was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 from 10:45 AM to 11:00 AM at the Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to AMC Children's Hospital or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
