He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur and Helen. He is survived by: his wife Kimberley; his former wife Barbara; his children, Courtney (Earl), Thomas (Destiny) and Nicole (Ben); his brothers, Arthur (Cindy), Glenn (Laura) and Kenny (Kristi); and his grandchildren, Liam, Dakota and Amelia. He is also survived by many nieces and one nephew.
