He was predeceased by: his parents, Irving W. Haskins and Mary Anna Snyder Haskins; his wife Helen Sylvia Gregory Haskins; his brothers, Irving Haskins, Jr. of Washington and Norman Archibald Haskins; his sister-in-law Mary M. Haskins; and his son-in-law Bradley C. Mitchell.
He is survived by: his children, Sue DeGraff (Daniel) of Walworth, Betsey Piccioli (Patrick) of East Rochester, Laurie Mitchell of Dansville and David Haskins (Sujee) of Ellicott City, MD; his grandchildren, Emily DeGraff (Josh Baird), Thomas DeGraff, Sarah Mitchell (Tom Coombs), Scott Mitchell (Tiffany Hillier), Jordan Mitchell, Christopher Haskins, Nicholas Haskins and Zachary Haskins; his great grandchildren, Bradley Coombs and Parker Mitchell; and his brother-in-law William F. Hassay, Sr. of Hollywood, MD. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
