He is survived by: his wife Ann; his daughters, Allison Hendershot and Lindsay Haulenbeek; his son-in-law Bill Haulenbeek; his grandchildren, Riley, Owen Hendershot, Warren and Annabelle Haulenbeek; and his friends, Frank, Donna Murano, Alberto and Kathryn Santos.
