Though Dora may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Dora touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her husband Gino. She is survived by: her children, Angela Hewitt (Mark) and Guido Basciani; and her grandchildren, Ryan Basciani, Christopher Basciani, Forbes Hewitt and Caroline Hewitt.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 20th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Harloff Funeral Home (803 S Washington St, East Rochester, NY 14445). A funeral Mass was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Jerome's Church (207 Garfield St, East Rochester, NY 14445). An entombment was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 at 11:15 AM at the White Haven Memorial Park (210 Marsh Rd, Pittsford, NY 14534).
