He was predeceased by: his wife Ellen Clare Baxter; his brother David; his nephew David Williams; and his siblings-in-law, James Bell and Betsy Bell.
He is survived by: his children, Laurie Mastrocola (Robert) and Scott Baxter (Lori); his grandchildren, Kara Mastrocola, Mark Mastrocola (Lyndsi Lloyd), Philip Baxter and Elliot Baxter (Bridgette); his stepgrandsons, Christopher Weber (Clara Baker) and Jeffrey Weber (Carrie Leyens); his siblings, Richard Paul Baxter and Suzanne Hall; his nieces, Linda Martin (Richard), Karen Christensen and Stephanie Placido (Enrique); and his nephew Eric Williams (Anne).
