He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Coene and Eleanor Coene; his brothers, David and Daniel Coene; and his mother-in-law Alice Dixon.
He is survived by: his wife Bambi Joslin; his children, Bruce Coene (Lisa) and Devon Coene (Sandra); his brother John Coene (Christine); his brothers-in-law, Frank, Robert and David McClure; and his grandchildren, Rysa Barrett, Laurieann and Bruce Coene. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
