It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Alton C. Jenkins (East Rochester, New York), born in Lawrenceburg, Tennessee, who passed away on August 2, 2023, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Loyal Thompson and Grace Thompson (Pardy); his wife JoAnn Eldred; his daughter Heather Jenkins Jabaut (Craig); his grandson Hayden Jabaut; his sister Deborah Thompson; his siblings-in-law, Linda Lazore, James Eldred and Michael Eldred (Carol); and his goddaughter Nicole Eldred. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
