He was predeceased by: his father Daniel R. Mazzola Sr.; his grandparents, Roger Towers and Elaine Majorossi; and his uncle George Mazzola. He is survived by: his mother Wendy E. Mazzola (Towers) of East Randolph; his grandmother Shirley Towers of Randolph; his brother Daniel Mazzola (Chrystal) of Amherst; his nieces, Autumn and Eve; and his aunts and uncles, Jill Towers of Randolph, Sharon Anderson (Al) of Kennedy, Ronald Towers (Joyce) of Kennedy and Kenneth Towers of Randolph. He is also survived by 7 cousins.

Memorials may be left in Eric's memory to a charity of one's choice.
