He is survived by: his parents, Gilbert Landell Jr and Sara Anne Landell; his aunt Catherine Muther; his brothers, Mike Landell and Pat Landell; his former wife Nora Peterson; his wife Dakin Griswold-Landell of East Quogue; his sons, Chan Griswold of Reno, Gilbert Stuart Landell IV (Gib) of Sierra Vista, Doug Merkler (Lois) of Boulder City and Gordon Griswold of East Quogue; his siblings, Penny Anne Getts of Reno and Vic Landell of Carson City; his sister-in-law Ann Landell (Pat) of Pittsburgh; his nephew Brendan Landell of Cincinnati; and his niece Mayanne Getts Coyne (Casey) of Reno.
