It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Deborah Lee Smith of East Pharsalia, New York, born in Washington, District of Columbia, who passed away on February 11, 2023, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Edwin Saylor and Mary Saylor; and her brother Kenny. She is survived by: her sons, Danny Wayne Mullins Jr. and Donavan Mullins (Alisha); her grandchildren, Danny Mullins III (Alexis), Wade Mullins, Stephanie Murray (Devin), John Baker Jr., Leannah Mullins, Donavan Mullins Jr. (Jeanine), Virginia Mullins (Joseph) and Evyn Mckeraghan; and her great grandchildren, Alexander, Summer and Alistair.
