He was predeceased by: his parents, George F. Dell and Grace Dell; and his brother Robert Dell. He is survived by: his wife Janice Dell (Elkins); his children, Kevin Dell (Betsy) and Kristi Snell (Ned); his grandchildren, Brennan Dell, Ethan Dell, Jonathan Dell and Matthew Snell; and his sisters, Pat Bowman and Vicki Tieche.
