He is survived by: his wife Lorraine; his daughter Tara Forrest (Michael); his grandsons, Michael and James Forrest; his siblings, Rosemary Macchia (late Ralph), Bernard Foresta (Pat) and Joseph Foresta (Carlene); his siblings-in-law, Corinne DeStAubin, Frank, Josephine DeStAubin, Renee, Leo and Lynn DeStAubin; and his nephew Mike.
