It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ramona Bashaw of East Nassau, New York, born in Manhattan, New York, who passed away on December 5, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Angela Abarca (Monge) and Frank Abarca; her husbands, Joseph Flores and Richard Bashaw; her sons, James and Jerry Flores; her grandson Michael Flores; and her siblings, Robert, Carlos, George, Antonio Abarca, Rosa Cruz and Carmen Lopez.
She is survived by: her sons, Vincent, Christopher, Louis and Antonio Flores (Terry); her stepsons, Robert (Belinda) and Richard Bashaw (Leslie); her siblings, Enrique Abarca, John Torres and Olga Barrios (Eli); and her caregiver Natasha Flores.
