She is survived by: her parents, Richard MacFadden and Mary MacFadden (Mahoney); her husband Tom; her daughters, Jessica and Jaclyn; her sister Kathy; her brother-in-law Dale Webster; her brother Rick; her siblings-in-law, Kathy MacFadden, Linda and John Kingston; her nieces and nephews, Kristen Smith (James), Kaitlin Webster, Mary MacFadden, Samantha MacFadden, Rick MacFadden, Shawn Miller, Jonathan Kingston and Isabella MacFadden; and her close friends, Maureen and Kurt Schroder.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to one's favorite charity.
