He is survived by: his wife Mary (Smith); his daughter Dr. Erin Amadon of Raleigh, NC; his siblings, Debbie Meyer (Jeff), Bruce Amadon (Pam) and Jackie Wright (Mark); and his in-laws, Suzanne Smith, Jeanne Slawson (Bart) and James Smith (Beth). He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, nephews.
