She was predeceased by: her former husband Richard C. Cole. She is survived by: her parents, Charles Bubnell and Lois Bubnell (Keathley); her children, Elizabeth Sliwa of East Meredith and Richard C. Cole of Franklin; her grandchildren, Laura Banks, Samantha Banks and Sierra Hanford; her great grandchild Draven; her sisters, Bonnie Monroe of Oneonta and Bettie Johnson of Williamsport, PA; and also Achim Sliwa of East Meredith. She is also survived by 3 nephews; and 1 niece.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Anne's memory can be made to the AO Fox Hospital Foundation, Fox Family Fund.
