Vincenza D'Accordo Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Vincenza D'Accordo of East Meadow, New York, who passed away on January 10, 2025, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Eleanora DeLuca and Carlo DeLuca; her husband Vincenzo Armando D'Accordo (Jimmy); her in-laws, Anna and Armando D'Accordo; and her siblings, Tony DeLuca (Connie) and Ursula Ficara (Mike).
She is survived by: her children, Armando D'Accordo (Barbara) and Anna Fitzpatrick (John); her grandchildren, Vincent D'Accordo (Cristen), Cristine Schlener (Rob) and James Fitzpatrick; and her great grandchildren, Vincent, Francesca and Sophia. She is also survived by in-laws, nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Charles J. O'shea Funeral Homes (603 Wantagh Ave, Wantagh, NY 11793). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Frances de Chantal Church (1309 Wantagh Ave, Wantagh, NY 11793).
In Lieu of Flowers. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or The Alzheimer's Association.
