He is survived by: his wife Prudence; his children, Vincent, Deborah Puglisi, Robert, Deirdre Puglisi, Frank and Maria Puglisi; his grandchildren, Nicholas, Pietrina, Christopher, Angelina, Alexa, Francesca, Anna and Michael; and his siblings, Matt, Fred and Theresa.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, March 5th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM, from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM, on Thursday, March 6th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Charles J. O'shea Funeral Homes, Inc. (2515 N Jerusalem Rd, East Meadow, NY 11554). A Mass was held on Friday, March 7th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Raphael RC Church (600 Newbridge Rd, East Meadow, NY 11554). A burial was held on Friday, March 7th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the St. Charles Cemetery (2015 Wellwood Ave, Farmingdale, NY 11735).

“I worked side by side with our dear Frank in our office at Nassau County just recently this past summer up until the end of December. I enjoyed greeting him in the mornings with his warm smile & Hello along with a funny joke or warm spirited story usually of his grandchildren whom he was so fond of…. he shared his Yummy Puglisi Family Christmas Honey Ball Cookie recipe with me (which I am still trying to master!). I will miss my Very Dear Friend but I will Always keep him Fresh in my Heart xoxo.”
