“I wish to express my sadness and love for Pete. My name is John Fonti and I met Pete when I was 24 and he was 36. We worked alongside one another at Cosentini and although parted ways with our careers, never lost touch or our care for one another. Pete was riding his motorcycle and looked like Billy Joel when we first met. He mentored me in more than engineering. Teaching a style of class I still try to emulate today. In many ways he was the older brother I never had. Sweet Dreams Dear Buddy!”
